We reserve the right to withdraw a bulb if the quality is not acceptable. The majority of our stock our potted in August and then then are bare-rooted before dispatch. We cannot inspect the bulb until this point. The bulbs are sent out in damp moss, and need to be potted as soon as possible on receipt.
