Japanese Hardy Ginger 'White Feather' Zingiberaceae

Herbaceous deciduous perennial with leafy stems reaching 1m with basal lemon-yellow flowers in autumn. Young shoots and flower buds eaten in Japan & Korea. This form has a strong white marginal variegation. Stronger grower than 'Dancing Crane'
