Szechuan or Sichuan Pepper Rutaceae

The Szechuan Pepper is a large spiny deciduous shrub with pinnate leaves. Edible leaves and seed pods. Used in Chinese cooking. Ht 3m. China. It is also a good subject for a container, being easily pruned to shape in the winter.
