Helianthus tuberosus ‘Sakhalinski’
Jerusalem Artichoke Asteraceae
Club-shaped, light purple tubers. The tubers are quite large.
The origin of this variety is unfortunately unknown. The name suggests a Russian origin, namely the Sakhalin Peninsula.
Today, Sakhalinski is particularly widespread in France, where it is popular both in fine dining and among hobby gardeners.
We offer potted plants, not loose tubers.
