Galanthus 'Windesheim Yellow'

A charmingly diminutive yellow form of Galanthus nivalis, associated with Windesheim in Overijssel, the Netherlands. The warm yellow pigmentation gives the flowers a soft golden character, placing it amongst the Sandersii Group. At only 8–10 cm tall, it is a particularly neat little snowdrop, well suited to close planting where its colouring can be appreciated at eye level. The original finder and date of introduction remain undocumented.
