Galanthus ‘Golden Plummet’

A distinctive snowdrop from Graham Gough of Marchants Nursery, Sussex, ‘Golden Plummet’ is one of the notable Galanthus associated with the Marchants collection. It produces elegant, pendant flowers with a particularly attractive, finely proportioned appearance. The cultivar was selected and named by Graham Gough, the plantsman behind Marchants, whose garden and nursery became an important source of unusual and desirable snowdrops. A choice collector’s plant with the provenance of a respected Sussex nursery and a name now firmly associated with the Marchants collection.

Cultivation: Grow in humus-rich, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil in partial shade or beneath deciduous trees. Avoid prolonged summer drought. Allow the foliage to mature and die back naturally after flowering.
