A distinctive inverse poculiform from the Glen Chantry stable, with large, beautifully marked flowers and an unusually strong green presence. The broad outer segments have rounded apices and bold green markings, including a second mark extending from the base approximately halfway up the segment. The inner segments are correspondingly white, creating the characteristic inverse poculiform effect.

The flowers are held above slender, erect, blue-green leaves, giving the plant a particularly neat and elegant appearance. A refined snowdrop in which the combination of flower form, strong exterior markings and cool-toned foliage makes it immediately recognisable.

A fine collector’s plant, particularly for those interested in the more unusual permutations of snowdrop flower form. Grow in humus-rich, moisture-retentive soil with good drainage, preferably in light deciduous shade.
