Disporum aff. mishmiensis 'Blueberry Bere'
Pink Fairy Bells Colchicaceae
A vigorous clone producing masses of plummy pink flowers in spring followed by black berries. Sun or part-shade. In all the years we have been growing Disporum, this is a very exciting colour break. Most Disporum being either white or maroon. This is affiliated to D. mishmiensis, which is reportedly evergreen. D. 'Blueberry Bere' is deciduous and from a more southerly location.
These are recently split divisions so will need to be grown on in pots for a few weeks
to establish.
