Snowdrops
We reserve the right to withdraw a bulb if the quality is not acceptable. The majority of our stock our potted in August and then then are bare-rooted before dispatch. We cannot inspect the bulb until this point. The bulbs are sent out in damp moss, and need to be potted as soon as possible on receipt.

Hybrid double not dissimilar to ‘Ermine House’.
Good regular double hybrid. Hector Harrison, Appleby Ht 23 cm.
Green-marked G. elwesii. Broad green mark on outer segments above apex. December-January Ht 15 cm
Large puckered fouter segments with solid green inners. Late. Ron Mackenzie.
A robust G. elwesii with strong inner segment X-marking. Ht. 15 cm.
The only yellow G. woronowii. Famous for being the most expensive snowdrop. Ian Christie.

Short but distinctive G. nivalis displaying delightful recurved petals, not dissimilar to a little egret in flight. Raised by Phil Cornish. Ht 14 cm.
A unique yellow G. nivalis with yellow marked outers as well as inner segments. Found in Ecusson, Northern France by Mark Brown in 2002.
Charming faced G. elwesii found in Bill Baker’s garden Paul Barney 2011.
